Heavy start/end lag on attacks, take opportunity to punish
Poor recovery, bait out double jump then just one hit could do it
If your character has a counter, use it against his smash attacks
Avoid Warlock punch because it has a good amount of super armour, it can turn as well, but it has to start turning right away or it will not - A grab will cancel it so you can punish that way
Don't forget to counter Warlock Punch because he instantly gets yeeted once that happens. (A free stock for you)
For Gods sake stop shielding his up tilt (big explosion kick = shield breaky-breaky)
Any spammable projectile can deal with his slow approach and large size (g&w chef for example).
Watch out for f smash and nair hitboxes as they go behind him
