Punish linear recovery(most Terry players can't snap ledge consistently so get easy two frames)
Sdi kills jab jab power dunk
Be very watchful when using shield as he has many mixups to poke or break your shield. To that end, unless you have incredible oos, jump out of shield and try to punish the setup.
Try to kill terry as early as possible to not allow GO to be a factor
Terry can buster wolf off of neutral getup so hold shield and do reaction based ledgetrapping
BEWARE THE LEDGE!!! Terry has very strong ledgetrapping and it's how Terry gets most of his absurdly early kills. Unfortunately for you he has incredible options against all normal options so focus on mixing up your timings and don't be afraid to hold ledge
Don't approach frequently because terry's projectile is trash
